RE: My tiny collection
Amazing collection, you have lots of cars that i want, like that Blue Diablo SV from Autoart, the Porsche GT2 993, the Gulf Mclaren F1 and lots of other racecars.

I want to recommend you 2 things, since you have lots of racing cars, you should buy "liquid decal film" from microscale industries, you can find it at ebay for about 8 dollars with shipping included, its a liquid that restore and protect the decals, some of them get dry and begin to peel off, specially for those Mclarens F1 GTRs that you have there, i know for experience, i have the #59 too. Its pretty easy to apply, just wet a brush and apply over the decal, when is dry you will wont see any layer, just the decal as new.

The other recomendation is make your exibit dust proof, should be pretty easy to do, some brands like autoart, kyosho, minichamps are imposible to open for cleaning without damaging them a bit (sure you can always fix it back with glue but thats not the idea). You wont have to clean your cars again Smile

RE: My tiny collection
Thanks Paladin. I need to get the decal solution. Pretty much forgot about it till you reminded me now. The models are in dust resistant cabinets. While it is not 100% dust proof, I atleast try to clean and wax the entire collection once in 6 months. Every now and then some cars get cleaned when they are removed to be admired closely. Wink

So, he's what, three or so now? Anyway, all my baby cousins are about Dan's age, and it seems like every time I see them, they've grown a couple of shades more mischievous. I love it. Smile

Poor pics? What poor pics? Those are way better than I've ever managed.Tongue
The red pig looks stunning, man. It has to be my favourite of all the 1:18 scale-models Minichamps has ever made. And the S63 looks just sinister in black.
By the way,I love your collection.Just went through the photos again.Never get tired of them.Oh,and what a cute kid!Looks like your collection will always be in very capable hands.Smile

Inside every man is a little kid who wants to play.
