Did you ever try contacting them?

The importer phone number must be pasted on every Bburago box. Simply dial them up and ask for the distributor/dealer contact. Tell 'em you run a toy shop. (YA LIE!). Emails are not a very reliable option for important communications in India.

Big Grin Ari. Sunday evening is probably not the right time to reply to posts.

Great that you admitted it. Ban yourself on Sunday evenings. I do not know if we have that feature. You should be able to only read posts and not reply or make new on Sunday evenings. Tongue

Hey Karan the pics you have posted here and in some other threads seems to have very prominent noise level, are you using a mobile camera? In cae the answer is yes please make sure that subject in case your beloved scale models should be under some proper lighting, this will ensure some better visual pleasure to us.

Hmmm, if you zoom and see it then yes the photos would be get blurred, I specifically reduced the resolution to 800x600 so the photos just take about 50KB per piece for faster uploading.
I have used normal digicam for shooting all pics.

RE: My 1:18 collezione!!!
Bburago 1:18 1997 Chevrolet Corvette C5 - one of 4 models acquired during my stay in Delhi.

Amazing paintwork by Bburago on this piece and although the chrome wheels are not the norm in all diecast models yet they look particularly good with this Corvette. Bburago has captured the stance and the pose of this car really well. However, I just wish the brake lights (which are the signature hallmark of a Corvette - huge, round lights in the rear) could have been brighter and more reddish, they would have contrasted well with the blue paintwork. One of the most interesting features in this model is the presence of sun-screen with vanity mirror attached to the roof in the interior. This is the first time I have seen this detail present in a diecast model.

RE: My 1:18 collezione!!!
Congrats on the get Karan. This is my favorite American car of mine along with the Dodge Viper (now you got to get it to give this company.) You should try adding some carpeting in the car. You would need some velvet paper to do so. Its easy to take apart a Burago and I promise you, the entire look of the interiors would change with carpeting. For this color, I would go with blue and cream carpeting. I have an Autoart version of the C5 and its in racing colors. Will post some pics later.

RE: My 1:18 collezione!!!
To tell you the truth, my aim was to get the Dodge Viper in blue with silver stripes, that's one hell of a car but unfortunately, the shop didn't have it in stock then, so I decided to buy the Corvette.

An Autoart version of the C5 and that too a racing one would be a real treasure, please post pics ASAP!!!
