Big Grin Norev Nano OTR. Must see.
I was travelling on the Bangalore - Hyderabad expressway a couple of days ago, and was carrying some of my beloved scale models in the boot of our brand new Hyundai i10. We stopped for a while in the middle to er, do the 'job' and when I opened the boot, I was attracted by the Nano. I immediately got my dad to unscrew the packing and I placed the Nano on the Highway! and started taking pics with my Nokia X6. Trukkers and other car drivers passing by kept staring at me as they passed by. I reached , loaded the pics on my PC, and was stunned. Lo behold!

Dude awesome pics man! The Nano looks so real in the first pic. Just like a 1:1. Kudos to Norev for making a brilliant model.
Brother, as awesome as the pics are, please do not take the option of clicking such pics on the roads again. Way way way toooo dangerous on our roads. You can never know what is coming and how fast. True its a straight road but a little distraction by passing drivers could be dangerous to you as well as other road users. Also, if the cops are around, they could book you for being a 'nuisance.' Trust me, they can.

When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.

crisp and beautiful. Both the nano and your photography and the weather also complimented the nano.

Very nice Smile
Keep it up

RE: Norev Nano OTR. Must see.
Thanks Winston and Pratham.
@Pratham: I never expected the pics to come out so well!
@Winston: Cops are my friends, they can't book me. About people getting distracted, most vehicles, (except for village ricks and pick-ups) were either moving too slow to get affected if distracted, or too fast to get disctracted! About my safety, if we would see a car/truck at the horizon, it would take ~ 3 minutes for it to reach us, so that wasn't any problem. Anyway, I shall take precautions next time.

what sort of precautions do you take Arkin...eeerrrrr....i mean making love with your models on roads can indeed be risky.

But man, I must say the photos are too good. The weather made it look more beautifull and yes, ofcourse, the clean, well built roads of Bangalore gave the perfect set-up for the photo shoot. Cheers mate, keep it up!!!

ps- hey i forgot to mention Arkin, your idea to shoot it on the actual highway made the whole thing look wonderful.

RE: Norev Nano OTR. Must see.
Thanks Gugga, kvsk4, groundforce, channabasanna and alanjg.
@alanjg : I was planning to temporarily relocate to my grandparent's house, for 2-3 months, so took a few along. But those plans are cancelled now.
@channabasanna: I got it from a TATA dealership for Rs 1500. Prerana motors beside Forum Mall in Bangalore to be precise. At 1st the morons there will behave as if they don't have any. You just have to persist till you get them.
@gugga: Quite a few uncles in Police! In fact, police are scared of my dad!
