British American Racing was a Formula One constructor that competed in the sport from 1999 to 2005. BAR began by acquiring Tyrrell, and used Supertec engines for their first year. Subsequently they formed a partnership with Honda which lasted for the next six years.

Not the best team in terms of racing by any stretch of imagination but the concept and execution of this design theme is outstanding. I would have loved Jacque Villeneuve's car but this was available on GEB and my best chance of ever owning it (another one of my Holy Grails) and so it came home in 10 days since I hit the 'Buy it now' button.
Brilliant paint job by Minichamps. The 555/Luckies are transparent decals which hopefully will last for another 5 years atleast. No opening engine cover as usual. Tires that look like they have been used on a race (brilliant as it looks definitely better than the slick look of HotWheels F1 models).
All in all a nice model with the nice details that Minichamps cares to put into them.
