Suggestions for a 1:1

RE: Suggestions for a 1:1
Linea is a very nice car. Solid build quality. Should have got a more powerful engine. You will have to check for after sales in your city. 9 times out of 10, I would go for Linea.

When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.

^^I would second that, out of these two even I will pick the Linea any given day, though I wish there were a more powerful engine option.

RE: Suggestions for a 1:1
Wow, are you guys serious about the Linea?? But how come I don't see much of the Linea on the streets?? Are there any issues with its performance, maintenance or after sales that I should know about? In terms of looks though, it's probably the best sedan in my budget hands down. Far far better looking than the SX4.

@ Tapan - thanks mate for all those other suggestions as well, I will try them out too.

Fiat has screwd big times in past once and their tie-up with TATA has not done them much good as far as their image is concerned. But you should not be worried about the A.S.S, these modern cars don't demand much when it comes to maintenece.

RE: Suggestions for a 1:1
Karan,
Both SX4 and Linea are good cars. The Linea wins anyday on general appearance, performance and jazz. Lot peppier. Fiat makes quality cars.

But take into account the service and resale value factor before the final decision.

Well guys, want to give some update.....we tried out few cars and though the one we finally got exceeded our budget a bit, we all wanted to have a nice good big luxury car after driving around in an Indica. So my dad finally decided to go for a Honda City. I arrived home just today morning from college for about a week and we got the City today from the dealer. The car had just arrived at the dealer's couple of days back and my parents were waiting for me to come home so that we could bring it home together. Will post pics soon!!
