RE: My happy birthday gift
Karan, thats a bigger review than mine. Big Grin No man. The FGT was never on my list of cars to get not until the keeda got into me. Thanks again to Guggga and also thanks for your kind words. Why I didn't have this model yet? Thats because I cannot afford the Exoto, I don't like Autoart's model of the FGT (the engine is lacklustre...no pun intended and I thought back then that 3.5K was too much for that model) and I never imagined I could ever lay my hands on the Beanstalk. Here it is now and I am as pleased as a pig in mud.
Thanks Ravi. You should try GEB. Never know what surprises they have in store for you.

Is Beanstalk ? better than AutoArt..actually i never heard of Beanstalk.
Looking at your car and engine details looks serious manufacture

RE: My happy birthday gift
Ravi, Beanstalk was an exclusive Ford model maker. From this FGT you can make out that they excelled in whatever few models they created. In some ways the Beanstalk (BS) is definitely better than the Autoart but it depends on what you are looking for. Engine, cockpit and undercarriage detail is better in the BS but thats my opinion. Like I said earlier, you have to see this in the flesh to believe it. I would definitly recommend this model over the Autoart. Please bear in mind that the bonnet is sealed ont the BS. Also this model is the concept version unlike Autoart's car which is the production model.
Edit: Just remembered one more thing I hate about the Autoart model. Its not their fault though but Ford's. That silly appendage on the rear of the car. Its supposed to be a bumper but the damn thing looks like such a rubbish afterthought. Ruins the purity of the design.
