All are unopened brand new in box. You can do a search on Tamiya DIY kits and be surprised to find some retailing as $25 on Ebay. I just do not have the time to build the kits, if you like DIY stuffs, believe me nothing can give you fun as much as this.

@channa, no these do not come with the paints. You have to paint them.
