RE: What i picked today.
Hahaha Ayie.....and congrats on the new addition. But to be frank, my opinion is this is a realy ugly-looking BMW. Don't know what they were planning to design originally, looks like a cross between a hatchback and an SUV. But great top-notch finishing and effect from Kyosho.
My favorite post on SMC "I wait for the day when you go ballistic while buying models after you get your first job. I think I would be seeing KV & the Modelart guys bursting fire crackers all day." (quote Winston) ![]() picasaweb.google.com/karansharma8783 |

Agree, Karan.. it is not a looker. But I have a soft spot for anything wagon/estate/touring/avant/shooting brake.

RE: What i picked today.
Congrats Ayie. Thats a nice looking model. Like you, I love estates too but still to add one in the collection. I was hoping Nikhil sells the old Kyosho E class estates for 1500 or so cause thats how much I got the sedan for. Just for your information...we had a new member who joined SMC and her id was mrs_gtmaniac...so I guess she already knows now.
![]() Bandhav, I would love to have a BMW M5 by Kyosho. That is one car I need desperately to finish my performance sedans line up. Actually it will begin and end with that one BMW M5. When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk. ![]() |

RE: What i picked today.
Thanks, Winston. Yeah.. I saw the Kyosho E-Class estate at the shop a while ago - poor car - sitting between cups & saucers gathering dust. The reason I'm not interested is because the rear door is not openable, plus the front one are doglegs (blame it to Autoart!).
I didn't notice it today. Maybe it is lurking somewhere in the shop waiting to be rescued by you. By the way, mrs_gtmaniac is ok with the Kyosho today - since I convinced her with the 'one-car-per-month' promise. Well, at least until I got my fingerprints all over my 2000GT in few month's time.. |
