1:25 Scale - Dodge Caravan & 1:26 Scale - Plymouth Voyager
@gtmaniac: the Odyssey kit is from Fujimi.
@diablo: Would love to own more vans but unlike the regular sports/exotics cars, the vans are hard to come by.

More Vans, a 1:25 Scale - Dodge Caravan and a 1:26 Scale - Plymouth Voyager, both from Maisto.

RE: Siddvi's Collection
Both these are from different car-makers yet the similarity is quite striking. The overall finish is not upto the mark though and these only reinforce the fact that Maisto isn't too good in the 1:24 department. I really love the rear sliding doors though, first time I have seen such in scale models.

RE: Siddvi's Collection
Karan, they look similar because they are both Chrysler cars but from different divisions. Platform sharing and all that means that group companies make the chassis and heavy investment panels like the doors and other parts similar while retaining their individuality by giving front and rear ends matching the other cars in their line up. So you would have making the same things but with different front ends. They would be priced differently too depending on how much market value they have. Ford does this too. Their vans would be sold as Fords, Mercury and Lincoln and the Lincolns would demand the highest prices even though underneath they are all the same.

If you can't dazzle them with brillance, baffle them with bullshit.

1:25 Scale - Dodge Power Wagon
@diablo: Very rightly said.
@karan: Yup, the overall finish is so so. I too love the sliding doors.

Here's what I pulled out today whilst searching for a Ford Van.
1:25 Scale - 1946 Dodge Power Wagon from ERTL collectibles.

Oh man! Awesome looking truck. This is the truck form of Arnold Schwarznegger in T1. Total mechanical meanness.
