I go with Vaas on this -- Awesome pics by Alan.
Maybe i need to have adjustments in my budget for a DSLR or at least a tripod for my current camera

Tripod is added advantage, else you can manage with out it, it's useful though in low light/low shutter speed shots. |

Thanks for the help Alan, now I see the proper way to hold the digital still camera. This position is bit difficult for me because I have to bend a lot due to the car model placed on a low height chair.
Now if feel I need to have a proper stand for placing the car at appropriate height as well as a tripod for some extreme shots. And more than all this I need to study the camera manual in detail first. This is something we usually miss after buying an electronic instrument. I use a Nikkon 4 megapixel camera which i bought more than 4 years back. Don’t know the exact specs but will soon read the manual. Thanks again
