Ayie, why don’t you also try in open- Sunlight. Not direct sunlight but under some partial shade and use all the naturally bounced sunlight that you can. A place where you can find atleast 2 perpendicular walls. Time of the day also matters, mornings and evenings are the best as per my experience (or my surrounds maybe).

With the arrival of the green minis, my burago mini collection is now completed. Thanks to Karamvir at dreamcarmodels.com.

As you can see below, the packing is absolutely marvelous, with not a single piece of the car detached or loosed. I just opened one box yesterday and almost exhausted - in a good way!

Ayie, the Mini just looks great. I'm not a big fan of such cars but this pic has made me confused between this one and the Maisto Porsche Carrera GT as to which one should be my next addition.

It's been a while since my last post here.

With these latest purchases, I've already pass the Rs1 lakh mark, for the last 3 years in 1:18 (not including other scales).

Ayie, what motivates you to get the same car in different colours? Lamborghinis are at the very top of my collection wishlists but even then I don't think I would ever spend to get different coloured-versions of the same Lambo. I might however, hunt and buy yellow versions of all the yellow-famed Lambos like the Miura, the Diablo SV, the Gallardo and the Murcielago but then that's it. In fact, I don't think I would even spend on the Gallardo Spyder and the Murcielago Roadster, they are just topless versions of another original car. Right now, I add only the original version designs of each model, so if I have the Murcielago LP640, I wouldn't buy the original Murcielago or the Murcielago Roadster or the Murcielago Super Veloce.

I can't explain, Karan. It is one-thing-led-to-another kind of buy! But Maisto's Gallardo is a good replica. And I'm still looking for a blue coupe & white Spyder!

I got a red Murcie last 2 years, but I gave it to my son to play with. And you can see some of the Murcie's parts in above..

Wow the cabinets look classy....the collection just looks gorgeous in it. It looks pretty airtight too so you safely keep your collection without any worries of dust getting accumulated on those precious babies!!
