Very disappointed with the only few models that we could buy. However the good thing is we got Harley-Davidson bikes, around 10 models in scale 1:18.

Details of Maisto stock given in DCM thread here……

May be down south there are more people that can truly understand the passion of model collecting !?!
Anyways, congrats karam for getting the harleys...when does the site gets them on stock ??

Maybe you are right to some extent Pratham but then that doesnt mean you dont send the complete range when buyers are asking/begging for it repeatedly.

Well, the Harley bikes will be posted on the site by mid of next week. These are in scale 1:18 and priced at Rs.375/-. The list of 9 different models is available on the DCM thread, here....

Check out the link above if you need a DE Minichamps Mercedes Benz SL or a Autoart Toyota Celica (overpriced) or some 1:32 ambulances. Sid, you might be interested in the last cars.

RE: Update on models available in your cities
^^ Had come across the 1st link you have posted Winston. I had a 20% discount offer coupon so thought should go for the Celica only to realise the discount is limited to Rs.500 which didn't work out in favour of the Celica, so dropped the idea.

As for the 2nd link, guys if anyone of you are interested in 50's classics, then please do not pass over the Welly Woody, am amazingly huge, lovable, family car that just kind of reminds one of family outings!!!

My favorite post on SMC "I wait for the day when you go ballistic while buying models after you get your first job. I think I would be seeing KV & the Modelart guys bursting fire crackers all day." (quote Winston)

RE: Update on models available in your cities
I'm going scale model shopping today, and hope to buy one or two for now. Other than modelART, where do you guys suggest me to look in Bangalore?
Pardon me if I've posted my query in the wrong thread.

Arkin, you can find Scalemodels at
1. Sapna Book House (rarely u might get 1:18's, but lot of 1:32+ and some 1:24's).
2. Landmark Stores at Forum Mall, Garuda Swagath Mall in Jayanagar 4th block.
3. Toyopia, Reliance Time Out and Pantaloons at Mantri Mall.
4. Sapphire Toys.
