I will enquire with the distributor over phone sometime this week and will post details, i hope they have the 1:18 models (especially muscle cars and Rangerovers ) If i get positive response over phone, me and alan will drop down to their office in future to check out things.

That would be great Vasant. I hope they do have 1:18s in stock or atleast in the pipeline for the very near future. I would definitely add some Porsches and the Miura and the Jag and the....

Yes I do, it was the Wonderland Toys store on Gariahat Road. In fact, both Ari and Amit had recommended me to visit that shop when in Kolkata. Oh man, I just wish Ari still finds it in stock there because I had been there about 3 months back.

i visited WL toys a couple of weeks back. Karan, if you are talking about the silver diablo 1:24/18 model with the red SV written on it, then its gone. BUT...the 1:32 scale model is there with opening doors only, and its made by WELLYS.

Been to Hypercity mall yesterday and this is the list of 1:18 cars available there.
Maisto
BMW M5 (black)
Audi RS4 (black)
Mercedes Benz S500 (silver)
Lamborghini Murcielago Spyder (purple)
+ a lot of bikes as usual

Burago
Lexus SC430 convertible (darkblue...this is a Maisto mold)
Maserati 3200GT Spyder
and again some bikes thats were originally made by Maisto

There are also a 6 1:18 R/C models, namely a Gallardo Superleggera, 2007 Ferrari F1, Ford GT, Audi R8, Lamborghini Reventon which are superb in execution and look even better than their diecast counterparts. Only downside are the blacked out windows to hide the motor and electronics.

Had been shell petrol bunk on weekend. Picked up all 6 100 bucks ferraris from there The F1 model is very elusive, i went the next day and bought it when they got stocks of it. The f1 model is out of stock always as people prefer that, the guy initially refused to sell me only the f1 model the next day even though i had bought 5 other models from him the previous day! After some talking and showing receipt of the previous day, he sold me the f1 model alone. He was asking me to pick up two more cars along with it, now what would i do with repeats? So i refused to budge and talked him in to selling the f1 alone
The finishing is good for 100 bucks, It's all pull back action cars though. Make is hotwheels. It's got more plastic than metal. Scale is 1: 34 (it's printed on the models) All are 2007 make models, wonder why shell stocked them so long! They said the offer might continue for another month or so, so hurry up!

Just checked out the Ferrari cars on Google and I am very impressed. I want them too now. ) There was one Shell pump here and it has closed down. Will have to ask around for them.

Lifestyle is currently having their 50% off sale. I visited their outlet next to sapphire toys near garuda mall and found only 2 totally banged up 1:18s and more banged up 1:24 buragos
But they had very decent 1:36 and 1:46 Maistos and wellys. The discount varies, in this scale they are offering 40% off All these are with opening doors and pull back action like kinsmarts.

I picked up 3 maisto 1:46 hummers and 4 1:36 Wellys (they are bit smaller than kinsmarts) 2 bettles and 2 minis, one Yamaha banshee atv of Newray 1:12 scale at 40% off

Sapphire toys says they expect new lot of scalemodels by next weekend, so waiting
