Isaiah, thanks. Yes most of them are imported. especially from US, Hong Kong, Bangkok and the UK.
The Franklin Mint and Danbury mint models are from the US . The Road legends,Yat Ming, Road signature and Signature are from HongKong.
The Motormax from the US, Matchbox , Corgi and Lesney from UK.
The Forces of Valour , military models are also from Hongkong.

Cool RE: My Collections
I'd looked at your models and topics, and I silently envied your collection all along, esp. the signature models. Great to have you (back). I visit Chennai once in 3-4 months or so, and would love to see your collection. regards

Holy...!Just saw that garage display and promptly fell off my chair.
That is beautiful!I love the neon signs.Just one question. How do you manage to ever leave this wonderful place once you've entered?

Inside every man is a little kid who wants to play.

RE: My Collections
I see Sid you finally came across Sri's mindblowing personal collection....his vintage model collection has got some real esoteric pieces!!

My favorite post on SMC "I wait for the day when you go ballistic while buying models after you get your first job. I think I would be seeing KV & the Modelart guys bursting fire crackers all day." (quote Winston)

Thanks for your appreciation, Petrolhead & Karan.
It has been my life's ambition to make this and two years of hard work did it.
Arranging & catalogueing the models by scale, model year etc took a week of hard work from 4 to 10pm ! I enjoyed every bit of it , and it is certainly a labour of love.
I enjoyed every moment of it Tongue
You folks are welcome to drop by when you are in Chennai.
