Require a couple of 1:24 display boxes
I need some help from fellow members regarding the display box for my 1:24 cars. Actually i need 3 cases for the diecasts which came without the box. Would be glad if someone can help me out in this regard.
Any make box is fine with me but it must be complete and in presentable condition. I will definitely pay for the courier charges and if needed will pay for the boxes too.
Don't want to limit my options but would prefer Bburago ones as they are universal ones having no markings of any make or model. Plastic base would be an added bonus.Big Grin

Please do help me out guys as this will free a lot of space in my 1:32 display shelf.

Would love to help you, mate. But I haven't got any empty scale-model boxes.(Used to throw them away. Now I've decided to retain the boxes of all the new acquisitions to keep the resale value of my models intact.)
By the way, have you considered custom building the boxes you require?I know of few who can work magic with paper and cardboard the way you can.Your folded paper model cars are testament to that.As is that carton display case for your 1:32 models with wood finish so realistic it puts what passes for wood trim in a Toyota Fortuner thoroughly to shame.Big Grin Personalized display cases with your own signature touches would look very cool.

Thanks for the motivation to create my own display cases and appreciating my creativitySmile but as i mentioned i desperately need to free the space ASAP as few new models are in transit which will require the space currently occupied by 1:32s . Other factor is the lack of time. Although i have penned the idea for the same on paper. Lets see how it goes.

RE: Require a couple of 1:24 display boxes
So far I have kept the boxes of all the die-cast's I have. Except for this 8yr old Welly that was bought without a box & my very first bike scale model, a 1:18 Ducati 996, I threw its box, I was stupid then, I was not even into collecting then. Anyhow, I have a very interesting thing to tell you. That Ducati was bought from Lucknow. Wink Actually, there are quite a few bikes that I've bought from Lucknow, I visit that place once almost every year & as my first was bought from there I try to pick up atleast one on every visit. I understand that its very hard to part with the boxes Salakshya hence the lack of replies here. Anyways its good to hear that you purchase bike models from Lucknow. Actually i see many of them here but as am not into collecting this just ignore them. My younger bro does seem to have an inclination towards them though but priority wins (CARS).Big Grin Have seen few Harleys, Kawasaki, Honda et al. If you require any do inform me as i live close to Hazratgunj and often visit the market. BTW which shop you look for these.
If you like,i will update you on what all is available.
