1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS by Welly

Picked up this Chevelle SS by Welly, the quality of Welly at that price is awesome. And also figured out this model is hot among us collectors.

I have already decided on the subtle mods to bring the car up to or parallel to Autoart level. More on that later. Here are the pictures.

Thanks sid, I was on internet looking for the reference Pictures, I think I can do justice to the model with minimal effort.

Thanks bro, yours is a better rendition with those fat rear tyres and those ignition harness. Just wait I am including some plumbing and wiring to my model.

Nice addition to your collection Manish bhai. Can't be compared to Autoart ones but nonetheless it looks really attractive for the price. Actually the entire muscle car fleet in 1:18 by Welly is desirable. I have an eye on the '69 & '70 Mustang Boss model.

Congrats Manish! Great buy. It seems all the members were waiting to bring out the best during the last week of the year! Undoubtedly Welly do justify these models, considering the pricing. Now give us a sneak pick into the cabin space dude.

Sagar nice to see you here, Yes this model is no match say to a Alfa montreal from Autoart, but some models of Autoart are plane jane too like the corvet stingray.

Thanks Sid. Have painted the gear box and manifolds Aluminium, attached a breather tube to the cam covers, attached spark plug wires. Made a bracket for the Alternator. More to come.

Yes Abhiroop welly have done a great job on these models. I am uprating the wow factor further by adding some more detailing.
