I won a car for cheap on eBay and the seller send a funny MSG which we never encounter on eBay plus he haven't mention any on listing.

The seller has said on his listing - "Maybe you have to pay taxes, so please ask me before bidding". This is one loop hole for him to escape.

However I have seen that most of the biddings dont have the shipping cost and is only specifed after bidding ends, I think they make money the other way, on shipping that is.

I Agree. On ebay, its common to find items priced very low but one look at shipping costs & its no longer a sweet deal anymore. The seller gets dual benefits from low having low product cost, one thing is the ebay fees and the other is that he can make a killing later from shipping prices if not clearly stated. Ebay knows this trick and wont do anything about it either.

Ravi, just pay whatever ebay tells you to pay. He wants you to pay outside of ebay you can tell him to duck off. Simple. Read his feedbacks. HE has done this earlier too.

I hope Ravi will not mind me posting my issue over here.

I bought 3 models from JM Toys ebay UK shop delivery to UK address, out of those the last two came, but the first purchase never reached us.
I wrote to the seller, he acknowledged. I gave him Indian adress and also asked him for the extra shipping charges, which he told that once he gets the model back he will do so. But after more than 4 months he is still to recieve the undeliverd model back to him and has started the claim process for the royal mail. I have asked him to return my money, he has refused.

What should I do??

P.S.: Another seller in ebay Us has sent me some detailing / tires for my 1:24 cobra those are also lost and have not reached me.

You should have reported him to ebay immediately. It is too late now. Although I think there is still la chance for you to do something about it. Report it asap I say.
