RE: eBay seller
Mansih, sorry to hear about this!
You should report the seller to Ebay and paypal immediately alongwith the communication that you shared with him. Though this case is beyond the 45 day purview of Paypal, maybe with luck you will get your money back.

I bought 3 models from JM Toys ebay UK shop delivery to UK address, out of those the last two came, but the first purchase never reached us.
I wrote to the seller, he acknowledged. I gave him Indian adress and also asked him for the extra shipping charges, which he told that once he gets the model back he will do so. But after more than 4 months he is still to recieve the undeliverd model back to him and has started the claim process for the royal mail. I have asked him to return my money, he has refused.

What should I do??

P.S.: Another seller in ebay Us has sent me some detailing / tires for my 1:24 cobra those are also lost and have not reached me.

Manish if you paid using the paypal account, open a dispute by clicking on Resolution Centre, i worked for me many times specially when you dont receive a proper, damage or no show.

RE: eBay seller
Unfortunately the 45 day period is long over, and as such nothing much can be done. Let's see what happens.

RE: eBay seller
Your best bet is to keep following up with the seller and hope that he comes around. Good luck Manish!

RE: eBay seller
Guys, I think I can post in this thread rather than creating a new thread.

I purchased an MGA by revell from ebay germany, on 10th of Feb. The seller has shipped the same by 13th of Feb. The tracing no of the same is

Deutsche Post: RM393269674DE.

Upon tracking i recieve this message

Result:
Shipment number: RM393269674DE

The item was handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Feb 15, 2012 to be forwarded to IN.

There is no further update on the same.

What sould I do, should I wait ?? Also can I complain to ebay if I do not recieve the Item?? Please guide me. A friend of mine bought some car spares from germany and he has not recieved them till now and has a similar result for the tracking inquiry.

RE: eBay seller
Monish I'm really clueless on what to do in here. Complaining to ebay is the first thing I guess you should do.

The issue here is, the seller has actually shipped the stuff and there is a tracking no. for it. Just wanted to know from members who have first hand experience for such a situation. I am looking forward to buying more stuff from ebay germany.

RE: eBay seller
International shipments take up to 3-4 weeks to reach after the order is placed. Its too early to do anything and you should sit back and wait out the 3-4 week period.

Your item could be inflight at the moment etc. Also, it depends if you took the faster priority shipping or the slower (cheaper) first class shipping.

Paypal has a 45 day complaint period. Incase you don;t receive your order by the 37th day, open a case on Paypal for non-delivery and shoot an email/ message to the seller that you are doin the same to keep your ass covered and incase the item is delivered by the 45th day, you will withdraw the case.

I have ordered many time from ebay global, and the above points have stood me well. Also, I always choose the more expensive shipping, no point trying to save a grand when more is at stake.
