A Must Have Diecast Car
Actually, the thread’s name should have been “A Must Must Must Must Have Diecast Car”.

As I had recently bought a 1:18 Autoart Reventon, I was searching the internet on this model and came across some pics which made me spellbound. The pics displayed a heavily modded 1:18 Autoart Reventon and a car that surely a diecast enthusiast will want to have in his collection.

Displayed below are some of the pics of a 1:18 Reventon Police. So, enjoy.

Note: The below displayed images have been taken from another source and are not part of my actual collection and all credit should go the actual owner.

The next pic is my the most favorite of the whole lot since it has absolutely great detailed interiors.

True that! This car did remind me of the game.

RE: A Must Have Diecast Car
This car is indeed from the 2010 game, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. That soike strip is looking really awesome.
You won't believe it but I was bout to play the game after checking updates on SMC.
Is that an AUTOart? I never knew that NFS releases scale models of their game vehicles.
Just remembered that the Reventon in this Speed Enforcement livery is actually on the box of the game.

RE: A Must Have Diecast Car
Yes,Manish and Slix. This model started life as a normal black AutoArt 1:18 Lamborghini Reventon. The owner,a master craftsman as is obvious, created all those mods himself.I remember that when he first posted these pictures on DiecastXchange, many thought that this guy worked for AutoArt and that he had posted images of a pre-production sample. But the guy never confirmed any of this speculation.
Like I said once before,I wish AutoArt had decided to make all these awesome exotic police cars from Need For Speed:Hot Pursuit instead of those silly Grant Turismo 5 'Stealth Versions'.Love this Reventon.Absolute stunner.

RE: A Must Have Diecast Car
OMFG! Just searched & saw the original post. This is fockin unbelievable. That is AUTOart quality, the finishing is factory level. The decals, that light, spike strip, LCD & the connecting spring wire and what not, mindblowing, am speechless. Bowdown

And Sid, that model actually started life as a Matte Gray Reventon. The new paint too is just superb. Bowdown

RE: A Must Have Diecast Car
I know the craftsmanship is brilliant, but I don't really like the car much..
