Model car cases for 1:18 Scale
Hey guys, I have made some 1:18 cases from high quality acrylic. I am going to be using them for my custom cars, especially the Hamann Kitted ones and the Novitec Rosso California, etc.
I have made a few extra pieces just in case some of you collectors also want them. They come to Rs.1100 a case. Please let me know if anyone is interested. I just want to add, I am not here to make a buck or a profit out of this, I just want to progress the hobby and do any little I can do to help us collectors. Enjoy the pictures guys!  Also, If anyone is interested, Please let me know how many you want. I live at dadar, so you guys can come collect it from here. SPECIFICATIONS: Made from high quality acrylic. Sides made from Clear Acrylic and base made from Gloss Black Acrylic with a groove etched into it from the case to fit. DIMENSIONS: Length: 13 inches Breadth: 6 inches Height: 6 inches Here are the pictures guys. Thats the Matte Black "Black Ops" one I have just finished. The guy who I did it for wants an all black car so no accents on this one. I would have had some Red accents or Gold accents. Was gonna paint the Springs Red too. But he wants an All Black Stealth version so I gave him exactly that.

This is something I've been looking for. Dust is such a big problem, that all my good cars are still boxed...which defeats the purpose of spending so much on them!

Is the top cover made from a single mold OR is it separate pieces of acrylics glued together?

Separate pieces. A single mold would be VERY VERY expensive.
So I take it no one is interested in the cases? Strange.. |
