That is a homerun by Welly.
I am glad they did justice to the design of one of the most beautiful, appealing and ground breaking car in the history of Lamborghini.

Excellent fotos Stingray! Makes me want to get my red and yellow out for a shoot!

I like the name Stingray, another Punjabi friend of mine calls me by the same name Big Grin

I got the same model and its a good one. Except for the non opening engine bay. But then we have Alan who graciously took his model apart to show us the engine. A little work on it and you know you can have a good representation of the V12 hiding under that sealed engine cover.

If you can't dazzle them with brillance, baffle them with bullshit.

Yeah yeah go ahead!!! Its has been a while since you have done some nice photo shoots. And thanks for all the appreciation \m/ the details under the hood is amazing, my favorite part is the lovely little red horn.

Yeah a non opening engine bay in a 1:18 is a slight turn off. But under those black vents on the rear window a shiny V12 can be seen through the gaps, but making out the details is not possible unless the entire model is taken apart. I would love to see the engine sometime. Let me ask Alan, I keep in touch with him on FB.

Nonetheless this model is one of the best works by Welly. I love the even shutlines, this is one area where most of the budget brands screw up. The paint job (apart from the interiors, proportion, replication and the stance of the car) is another thing where Welly has an edge over the others.

I really hope that Welly makes models in which all doors open, if that happens Welly would be ready to take on Norev right then. The Panamera is one such example and I'm dying to get my hands on one. I guess the production was limited, its no more there even on the ebay. Sorry for going off-topic Cool
