Abhi, more than 50% about what are you mentioned aren't active anymore or they've produced toys, not diecast models...

You are absolutely correct buddy, I have just tried to list out who were/ are in business of manufacturing scale as well as toy cars (maybe some toy cars have good details). Any kind of addition/ correction is most welcome!
