Yes it is very different and that's the reason I picked it up. I wanted to collect all of the series. But 1:32 scale put me off. And your rant is appreciated over Drinks. I have other views on that Big Grin.

@ Manish: Who makes the ape scale model? What scale is it? Its cool- I want one too Big Grin

Hey gugga bro, I seems winston was chased by a mad angry rickshaw Big Grin. The Make is Italeri and is in 1:32 scale. This series is now discontinued and ebay is the only source.

Looks really interesting,Manish.Excellent pick!!
I think it is the sheer lunacy of the way they're driven that's turned them into such a hit with the arty bunch. But,like Winston,I'd prefer seeing them parked behind some ropes in a museum or even an art gallery than coming to a sudden halt right in front of my car on a busy road.I hate that they're driven almost exclusively by imbeciles who,so far as my experience in Mumbai goes, won't stop for you at all unless you're a pretty girl or just shake their head in disapproval and drive away if they don't want to go where you do.Also,on our potholed streets, they are about as safe as a bazooka in the hands of a five-year old.

Sid, no it's not new ray. Italeri has 1:18 of the current generation ape (the one presented to POPE) but sadly they do not ship to India.
