I'm a Marine Engineer / LPG & LNG Specialist....
that means i sail for some time and then i help establish upcoming LPG / LNG Terminals in Gas Rich Countries!! Smile
As luck would have it, there's no Internet on the deep sea nor on these remote Terminals!! Sad
So poor me gets back to true civilization only at the end of my contract!! Sad

The 4 / 6 months on and 3 / 4 months off is kind of a good routine...
There are very few professions out there that allow employees such long vacations without any additional work requirements!!
so in my free time, i'm absolutely free to do any damn thing i want, with no interference from any of my bosses!! Big Grin Big Grin

Yes after ships, it is drilling rigs that provide the same kind of on and off work style. And the good thing is you are paid for the off time too Big Grin
