Alan, where did you buy this Miura from. How much did you pay for the same. I am waiting to buy one after seeing ur Miura.

BTW the Miura is looking gorgeous in yellow. Looks like the detailing is great.

One of the best models from Welly.Paint job is good.interiors are better and front hood detailing is superb.

2. Detailing in & out : 9/10
3. Overall rating : 9/10 (coz : read below)

In Commercial street ? i thought only jackets and only cloth materials are available there.

Alan, can you share me the list of stores you and Vasanth search and attack in Bangalore.
I have been only to Central (had been twice but no much models there), Landmark stores (Forum mall, Jayanagar) and Modelart (Forum mall)

Alan, I just can't express my feelings on seeing this version of the Miura. Man, it's just awesome for 1600 bucks. The glistening flawless paintwork, the stance, the interiors, the superb front end spare tire and fans detailing, the cool chrome window frames and wipers, the headlights, the awesomely detailed rear light setup, the chrome exhaust tips, the half-rolled-down window panes.......ooffff, I want one now itself. And especially more so after having the Burago version. And yellow is just the right colour for the Miura, after all, it's a Lamborghini. Conrgats Alan is all I can say, feast your eyes upon it buddy!!!!

Edit - And no worries that the rear engine hood isn't openable. When I buy this Welly version, I already will have the Burago version with me which has openable rear engine hood as well and not-so-bad engine detailing to go with that!!!

btw welly miura doesn't have door mirrors like bburago, anyway i'll hunt for Bburago's miura in yellow which is a bit different than welly.Mine is 1971 Miura.Bburago miura is 1968 model as mentioned in site(Link - see below)

RE: Allan's Collexon
Yes I too noticed the lack of RVM's in your Welly version. As you rightly said the reason is the Welly one is the 1971 Miura SV as opposed to the 1968 Miura by Burago.
