1:18 Maisto Vespa Range
Again I could not find any dedicated space for scooters even tough they were mainstay of Indian 2 wheeler evolution, but then I can park them very well here.
The 4th one is missing from action, I will try to post that one too. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

RE: 1:18 Maisto Vespa Range
Love those Vespas,Manish.Always found them very very cool. And Maisto made some neat models of the very best and most interesting from the Vespa range.
By the way, could you tell us more about that crazy bazooka-equipped version? That's probably what a Decepticon that transforms into a Vespa would look like. Also,I know squat about guns which is why I'd love to know more about how the one mounted on that scooter works.Makes me wonder if the scooter went in reverse due to the recoil everytime a projectile was fired.

RE: 1:18 Maisto Vespa Range
It would be a blast to ride that bazooka Vespa. Just imagine blasting your way through rickshaws to reach your destination. Heeehawwwww. Bam bam bam. Manish I bet your Vespas must be quite the conversation starters even with people remotely interested with 1:1s or 1:18s.
If you can't dazzle them with brillance, baffle them with bullshit. ![]() |

Yes and with the crazy traffic in India (I am sick of conditions in Bangalore, with so much of educated population ), this will certainly be a boom. Yes they are a conversation starters and people no were related were commenting on the beautiful styling of these oldies.(05-18-2011 04:02 AM)2wheeltraveller Wrote: lovely models these.. have been looking for them for sometime now.. without any success.. & agreed that bazooka vespa is exactly the sort of thing needed to blast through the awful traffic!! The Bazooka vespa is a very distinctive model to have in your collection. I saw just one model (Vespa 98 1946) for sale in Bangalore some 3 years ago, which I bought, after that none I have seen. These trio were purchased in Singapore, the mall still have couple of them in stock. |
