A friend of mine gifted me this beautiful 1:43 cars for my birthday.
Fiat 1100..our first car and also in the same color we had it in.


2004 MotoGP Safety Car...BMW 645Ci. Guess any MotoGP enthusiast will like this one to go with his MGP bike collection. This is a DE model. Comes in a special box. No name of the manufacturer on the box...I guess its a Kyosho.

Atlas 1992 Toyota Celica Turbo 4WD, Rally Catalunya driven by Carloz Sainz and Luis Moya
This car has been a grail for a long time and I wish someone made this landmark car in 1:18. I would have liked it in Castrol colors but no complains of this livery either.

Mitsubishi Pajero 2003 Dakar rally driven by J.P. Fontenay and G. Picard. It stood 2nd overall. Needed a 1:18 by Solido but this fills in the gap perfectly. Nice model by Ixo but very fragile.



Saved the best for last and what a cracker of a model. Also my first Ebbro and this one really defines quality. Another of my Holy Grails of which I would have loved in 1:18 scale. Presenting the 1995 LeMans 24 Hours GT2 group winner, theTeam Kunimitsu Honda, Honda NSX GT2.

Back in 1992, the Fiat 1100 was the cheapest car available in India. Ours came for around 1.6 lakhs. The McLaren F1 was the most expensive at 1 million USD. While the McLaren would hit 60 mph within 3.2 secs, the Fiat would take another 30 secs more to get there and take another 10 seconds more to get to its top speed of 65 mph. In that much time, the McLaren driver would be at warp speeds.
When I took this picture, the clutch on this Mac was probably boiling after being stuck behind the Fiat on these narrow mountain roads.

You should see the Honda in the flesh. It blew the socks off my feet. Modelwise, its the best quality among these 6 but if I had to choose one car to save my life, the Fiat would win hands down for its nostalgic value.

Dude Awesome, where did you get a hold on the Fiat model, it is fantabulous. I would love to add that to my collection, can you let me know the brand/make of that particular model
